“I would highly recommend this activity. It was wonderful to meet Mersiha and her mother, and it was so lovely for them to allow us into their beautiful home. This was the first time that we did a cooking class whilst travelling, but it has opened up a new interest for us as the experience was so positive. It was very obvious that Mersiha loves the work she does. She was very professional, chatty and kind. We also had the recipes and step-by-step videos sent to us after, so we can recreate at home! We also loved hearing from Mersiha about her experience growing up in Bosnia and lots of…”

“Amina at The Food House, was a terrific teacher. She was patient, attentive & easy-going. All the traditional food we made (stuffed peppers and kale leaves, stuffed pastry spiral and sweet lemon-vanilla cookies for dessert) turned-out fantastic. I wish we could’ve uploaded pictures, but the Viator site would not upload them at the time of this review- 😤 Nonetheless, this class (& the food) was worth every penny we paid.”

Learn Sarajevo copper craft and decorate a Dzezva coffee pot in a hands-on coppersmith workshop, ending with a take-home souvenir.

“The coppersmith workshop was absolutely fantastic, we have just finished it this afternoon. Unfortunately Funky tours is a third party involved in the booking and they are completely incompetent, but the coppersmith host is amazing and we had such a great time with her. If you book with funky tours, double check your booking confirmation with them as they have no idea what's going on. If you can choose this tour elsewhere with another company that also uses this same female coppersmith (she is the only female in her profession), then I'd recommend booking it with the other company.”
