I enjoyed learning about Sarajevo’s history and seeing the cultural landmarks of the city. That said, the tour was advertised as 5 hours, but ours lasted only 3, which felt rushed. The included Bosnian coffee experience, which was supposed to be part of the cost did not happen. And while I understood that some admission fees (like the mosque) weren’t included, I expected the option to pay and go inside during the tour.
